“Round pan is not the 13" design stated. Overall dimension is 16". This was not defined in description.”

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your review and your order. We apologize for the confusion. The size 13", 19", 25", or 31" refers to the actual drop in pan size. The lip adds 1.3" all the way around, or 2.6" to the entire diameter. In addition, we do have the line drawing available on the product page that details this information. “Excellent delivery time given the pandemic. Was told it could take up to 6 months but actually received my order in 2 1/2 months. Had a little trouble with the deliver company, had to schedule delivery four times, but again I think most of it was due to the pandemic. All and all a great product and at a reasonable price. Satisfied Tennessee customer.”

“Ordered firetable Dec 3rd, told an approximate delivery date. Then receive email about delays. Could have been honest from the start. Have received plenty of emails about how do you love product when I still haven't received. They have my email for that but don't give me updates on delivery. Asked for updates online but don't receive. So now end of Jan who knows when I'll receive it.”

“So the synopsis I get from reading these reviews is the glass is prone to cracking or exploding and the manufacturer takes no responsibility for this unless you’re using the glass in a fire pit sold by them. However, the website and videos claim the glass is tempered not to do this. There is no claim that you have to use their fire pits that are supposedly designed specially for use with fire glass. I suppose there is some validity to that statement but you can’t tell me this is true in all the cases I’m reading. Deal breaker for me....I won’t be purchasing this glass to put in my $500 fire table purchased from Lowe’s because I don’t know that’s is designed for your glass. Right...”

Jason, Thanks for your review. The truth is that it's very common for customers to build their own fire pits with burners being installed wrong with rock or other unique DIY techniques that are not professionally endorsed. This can create overheating of the fire glass which causes it to crack, melt, or explode. This would be true of any brand of fire glass, not just ours. This is why we have limitations in our warranty, since we can't always know how customers install their burners. However, if a customer were to call us and ask us for our advice, we are able to give good tips to avoid these issues and if installed properly, even if they didn't buy the burner from us, it is covered under warranty. The $500 fire pit from Lowe's should be fine to use with fire glass and your warranty would not be voided. I would suggest not using the lava rock with the fire glass. Hope this helps.

“I still have not received my item and the date to ship now has been extended to 12 weeks instead of 6 with no email from you explaining the extension or delay. So while the product may be fabulous I cannot comment on because I have not received it!”
