“I ordered a stainless steel fire pit ring from Starfire Direct. The product shipped quickly and arrived in 6 days after I placed the order online. The particular fire pit ring I ordered has excellent reviews. Because I just received the product, I have yet to install it, so I can't give a credible review beyond the above.”

“Make sure you buy the freight insurance. Mine arrived with a broken item. This was handled as well as can be expected. Would have been very expensive without the insurance to replace it. Customer service is average or just a little above, everything was handled with little trouble so hard to complain. Would I purchase another item from this company “Yes””
