“Ordering was easy, product description was clear. Only issue was communication from supplier on shipment. Was advised at order that product would ship within 5-7 days. Received product after 20+ days, but was never provided tracking number and had to call Starfire twice to confirm product had shipped. They couldn’t confirm shipment status, and was told to wait another few days.”

“Let me start out by saying i hope it is just the timeing (carona) when i made my purchase in checkout it said ships in 3-5 days so that is what i told my client. Then after i wait 3-5 days, i still had no info except that they didnt put my money on hold but actually took it before anything was even done. So then i check the status money taken order unfulfilled and has not shipped.So i got on a chat and was assured that it would ship the next monday. Now mind you it has already been like 7 business days.it is now friday after that monday and i should get it this coming tuesday. My point is dont expect any kind of delivery in a timely fashion. The funny thing is i didn't mean to do this but i ended up ordering shirts from china through a disguised company and i got those faster. I may try them again because the quality looks great. Just not when time sensitive.”

“The ordering process was OK but shipping was poor or very poor. I received an email that said the item has shipped and that I would receive it on the 26th. The 26 came and went I checked the tracking and they said now the shipping is pending. I can’t find any details with the tracking button to see what has happened to my shipment. Still have not received it.Now this email is saying that you are getting my package ready for shipment. I don’t know if it’s shipped or not but regardless your shipping process is poor.”

“The shipping was fast, online chat was great, but the bag came ripped and some of the glass stones fell out. I thought they’d be in a box of some sort as some of the glass pieces are sharp, which probably caused the bag to rip. Poor packaging, where unfortunately I lost stones during delivery :(”

“We used it, along with other watercolors of 1/4"and 1/2" to create the illusion of a small pool/pond and stream in our backyard cactus/succulent rock garden. Very pleased with the effect.”
