“My new fire pit came with black glass but I wanted to add some color. I bought a beautiful green color glass to put on top of the black and it looks amazing. The glass was affordable, and arrived exactly as promised. I highly recommend Starfire.”

“Previous kits we had ordered were high quality. This particular kit was so cheaply made. The valve key and valve were not the high quality Dante products we were accustomed to receiving. We hope American Fireglass (the company from who the kit was acquired by Starfire Direct) will reconsider where they are acquiring the kits and go back to the higher quality option. The price of $219.00 for the kit we received was ridiculously overpriced for the level of quality of the product.”

“Not willing to work with me and saying I need to pay a restocking fee when it’s a direct ship from the mfg and it’s the mfg poor spec sheet that created the error!”

“Overall customer service was not good. We ordered a firepit that showed in stock, but didn't receive it for two months. It ended up being backordered and no one reached out. I had to follow up several times to get answers on our order.”

Terry, Thanks for your review. I see that you only ordered 3lbs, which would only cover approximately 8" diameter x 1" thick. “We love the product, but the item was delivered before I received the notification of shipment. The notification of shipment was received on Friday, June 5th but the fire pit was delivered on Tuesday, June 2nd. It was delivered to my house without a call or email. Thank goodness my wife was home to receive it. Otherwise it may have been left at the wrong house or damaged.”

“Starfire had the correct gas hose length I needed with 3/8 flare at each end and best temperature ratings. That was hard to find elsewhere. Mine provides Natural gas to my generator.”
