“I feel like an idiot. I will never buy another product from this business. I bought specifically from this site based on their product description and claims of superiority. Spent more money to do so. Fire ring that showed up is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the one described on the site. NOT the ring I put in my cart. Could have got this piece of trash from Amazon for cheaper and it wouldn't have taken two weeks to get. Couldn't be more disappointed. I will be contacting them today to try and get a refund.”

“With the on-going Corona virus thing, had to contact customer service for the status of my order. A company rep by the name of Trish returned my call and gave me all of the necessary info and two days later I received my colored firepit glass. Glass was the perfect color and looks great!! My hats off to all of the hard working folks at Starfire Direct for a job well done and for their fantastic customer service!! Roy”

“I started to worry when I received emails apologizing for Covid 19 delays and late arrivals...I thought I'd be waiting 60 + days and started to imagine all sorts of horrors. Some of your reviews were no very nice and I was really concerned...but the 12" ring is well worth the wait (which was not nearly as long as I had anticipated). It is everything you said it was and more. NOTE: I received my order in 12 days.”

“Starfire updated us quickly on our delivery date. The gems were the correct size, however, the copper fire gem drops were a bit hazy. I had other cooper gem drops in my fire pit table which were darker and shinier. I washed the ones from starfire with clear water but it didn’t help. I put them on the bottom of my fire pit and put the brighter ones on the top which worked out fine.”

Bill, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I see that you ordered this item through our online store on Monday, 5/18/20 and tracking shows it's to be delivered today, on 6/1/20, exactly 2 weeks from the time you placed your order. We apologize that things are taking longer than normal, but due to COVID-19 we have supply chain limitations and things are taking a bit longer than normal. This should've been communicated in the email that we send to all customers right after their purchase.
