“Great service. I ordered the NG Key Valve I paid roughly $10 shipping because it was under the minimum $50 free shipping. It was suppose to get her in two days. I had a repairman coming on Friday, I called to check on the valve because I had not received a confirmation of it’s shipping. They StarFireDirect called the warehouse and expedited it. I received it the next day. The valve worked great a beautiful fire. Thanks for the great service. Rich K”

“I was told by the person taking my order for the burner that this item was guaranteed for life but all the paperwork indicates it only 5 years.. Any way to validate that the guarantee is indeed for life?? Thanks”

“Excellent sevice, amazing products. This company is always on top of doing the right thing! Only ever had one problem caused by their outside fire diamond supplier. Starfire was on it immediately to make sure I was happy! And I was! I return constantly to Starfire Direct because of the quality, price and beauty of their products.
