I liked everything about the process except the packaging. When I removed the bag from the FedEx slip, tiny glass particles rained all over my couch because there are holes in the bag. Otherwise, it was great. Very speedy delivery, as well. Seems like a nice product and looking forward to the completion of my firepit so I can use it.

I gave you a POOR rating not because of my most recent purchase, but of a purchase from August. One item was not shipped because it was on back order. When I called in October I was told that it would be in stock and shipped in early November. Well itโ€™s almost December and nothing

Anibal, Thanks so much for your review. I see that we shipped all of the items that you've ordered except for 10lbs of 1/2" Azuria Reflective fire glass. This has been back ordered for several months. However, our shipment is arriving later this week and your order is scheduled to ship once received. If you would like something sooner, we can always switch you to something that we have in stock or can cancel this part of your order. Roberto, Thanks for your review. Yes, your order took approx. 1 month to receive since it was a special order log set. This is clearly outlined on our website. Current posted lead times for your log set are 6-7 weeks. We typically stock this log set in 18" & 24" single sided configurations, not 30" see through configurations. Hence the longer lead time. Our apologies if this wasn't more clear to you when you placed your order, but we hope that you enjoy your log set and it looks great in your fireplace! Cheers! Starfire Direct

I think it would be helpful if you assisted first time purchaser. That way, you can limit the expensive return expensive costs. You could accomplish this if in the check out tab, a question could be possed asking , "Is this your first purchase of this nature?" And if the order is > than $$$ someone from your office should speak with the customer before the item is shipped. It would save everyone time and money... and possible get more sales...

When we place the order, the delivery was set for mid-Oct. As soon as we placed the order, delivery changed to mid-Nov. Finally we got the delivery in Nov. The packing was a makeshift and not a proper designed for the parts we ordered, Anyway, just recently we had the contractor installed the burner in the fire pit and informed me that the spark plug is broken.

The Arizona Weather Oak Log Set is great! The only drawback was the gas inlet was on the wrong side for our fireplace, requiring us to spend a little more money for a gas line. It would be nice if a longer gas line was provided for these scenarios.

Ordered lovely copper fire table 7 Sep with estimated 5-8 weeks to ship. Started calling and emailing at week 9. Chat help said they would have someone call me. No call. They said they had to talk to the fabricator. I started calling them and they told me to call Baruch directly. I called and called and finally he got back to me. Said he had confirmed table would ship last week at the end of 11 weeks. Bummer, but hey it's a beautiful piece and it's COVID so delays are to be expected. So during the 11th week I look for an update. No update. I call and email Baruch over and over. Finally he emails me back, "Spoke to our fabricator, and we're still on schedule with your fire pit!" Great. But at the end of 11 weeks no fire table. So I call and email more. Then Steven on their chat says it's scheduled to be completed at the end of the 14th week and will ship out some time after that. Well, i could start calling them in the 14th week and find out it's been delayed more but I decided to cancel my order. I've been on chat with them about 10 times, called 20-25 times and emailed about 10 times. And I still have no confidence in this company.
