“The clear fire glass was not clear, it was blue. It is definitely not the glass used in the sample video for that color. We didn't end up using it. We went to Lowes and bought it. The burner worked as intended though.”

Todd, Thanks for your review. We do our best to show fire glass as true to life as possible. Clear will have a greenish or bluish tinge to it. A true clear is referred to as "Starfire" or "True Clear". This style of clear has the iron removed from the glass which removes the greenish tinge. I see you are a local customer. If the product is still new and unused, feel free to reach out to start the return process. If you drop it off, we can waive all fees for a 100% refund. Sorry that our product didn't work out for you!

“Researched which glass fire beads faired best in independent reviews. Starfire Direct came out on top. We ordered the Copper Reflective Fire drops, which arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Immediately placed them in our fire table. The copper color burns with warm ambers and reds and reflects beautifully. Totally mesmerizing! Highly recommend!”

“I purchased the 52” fire table with matching tank holder. It was delivered on time and met my expectations. At this point outstanding customer service The delivery confirmation and subsequent delivery went great I have not set up the fire table but I am sure it will happen with no issues Thank you for a very pleasant experience John Corrao”

“Cannot get customer service or anyone to respond to my emails. Made an order on 10-2. Received 2/3 of order and informed that 1/2" azuria would be back in stock 11-3. Now 11-27 and (2) emails and not a word of response. Was going to convert my fire place to vented fire glass with their products, not now. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Update: after not so good review, customer service contacted me and I canceled remainder of order, received a refund minus $6.95 for shipping on what i had already received. Will NOT ever do business with them again. BEWARE!!”

Dan, Yes, you were charged the $7.95 shipping fee because the revised order was under $99. We advised that the backordered glass would ship this week, but you decided to cancel that portion. Had you kept the glass on the order, your total would be over $99 and you would not have been charged a $7.95 shipping fee. This was explained in my email to you. I'm sorry that you're not pleased with our shipping policy, but we do hope that you give us another chance in the future.

“So far I have gotten 2 pieces for this fire pit that are incorrect. Still waiting on a reply about when you are going to send me the correct transformer. Not pleased with the product or customer service at this point”
