“When the item arrived i was very happy with it. The postage however I was not. I paid an extra £7.50 for delivery for it to be delivered within 2-3 days. (I ordered on the Friday thinking it would be here for the Tuesday as this was a birthday gift) the item did not arrive until the following Friday, a full week after ordering. I have tried contacting the company as I was looking a refund of the £7.50 I paid for quick delivery and have had no answer or reply.”
