Couldn't recommend the company more to anyone. After the stress of my car breaking down and having young children, I needed a car fast . I found the company and they were brilliant! Told them what I was looking for they helped me with the searches, information as I didn't know much about cars. They helped me through each step all done via WhatsApp which was great. Fast communication. I applied and within 2 days I had my new car arrive ! The company was great at explaining everything from the finance and any other question I had. No question was to small to ask. The company worked so well at getting me my dream car !

Everything was basically straightforward but there was quote bit of tooing and frowing, so a bit more communication would have been helpful.all in all it was ok

This is my 2nd car that I have had through Startline & can't Thank them enough. I definitely would recommend Startline to anyone wanting to purchase a car. It was quick & they made it easy & smoothly.

Very poor service form this company it appears no one communication with each other and the system always down! Was told on 3 times you can cancel your contract after 2 years but now being told a different settle figure which is more then what stated in a letter back in July this year! When asked to do subject request to ask for everything he just said hello hello like there can't hear you! Worst company ever avoid

Startline considered me when all other lenders instantly refused. This I am very grateful of and I thank them for validating me in my pursuit for better motoring and permitting me the chance to start again on something which I regard only as a positive. A long awaited dream has become a reality for me and Iā€™m happy with everything that has been done in my favour thus far. Thank you Startline!

DO NOT TRUST STARTLINE MOTORS ALL THEY WANT IS TO LOCK YOU INTO FINANCE DEALS AND USE UNTRUSTED CAR DEALERS TO SELL YOU UNTRUSTWORTHY CARS!! Awful company. Laura McGrandles has been dealing with my complaint and after originally requested a complaint to be logged in July they failed to log it until September. I requested a DSAR request of the call recordings as theyā€™ve failed to provide me with the correct information on multiple occasions but now say theyā€™ll only provide representative notes and not notes of the call recordings. I first requested the DSAR on the 15th of July specifically asking for a copy of the call recordings due to the lies they are told me, we are now on the 1st of October and I still havenā€™t received it. I had a call with John H today who proceeded do be rude and tell me that no complaint was open on my account even though I requested the complaint to be reopened on Saturday. I also raised a separate complaint on Saturday regarding the failure to provide the DSAR request which seems hasnā€™t even been logged AGAIN!!. John terminated the call by telling me to go to the ombudsman and tell them to request the DSAR! For those reading Iā€™m sure will agree this is far from progressional. DO NOT TRUST STARTLINE MOTORS ALL THEY WANT IS TO LOCK YOU INTO FINANCE DEALS AND USE UNTRUSTED CAR DEALERS TO SELL YOU UNTRUSTWORTHY CARS!

AVOID @%$ AVOID %$%$AVOID I went to this organisation with my head high without good research aiming to surprise my wife for the car of her dream, it was all perfect at the beginning, but when I was about to signed contract/warranty they told me its less than 3 months, also they are based in Hull if i remembered it correctly 134 miles away from Northampton, on any faulty i have to take it back to them, one big red flag, the car worth Ā£15000 i manage to pay to Ā£11000 and COVID hit I lost my job, they didn't want to know typical shark company, Poor customer services, no Sympathy, I did request to reduce the amount i pay per month, they didn't care, They ended up take me to court I represent myself they come with experience lawyer in the field to defend Shark Loan company, they won the case I lost Ā£11000, and also the car was worth Ā£6000 when they took of me, and they ended up selling it for Ā£3000 that means i still need to pay more money to them. so if you value your money, time, and good mentality avoid this shark loan company with poor customer services

Was taken seriously ill in-between jobs Fell behind with payment sent emails never got back response, with in first Months payment intended sorting out Issues they sent out repossession vehicle which caused further strain on My self managed pay payment in full to Clear arrears but being taunted over The cost of repossession company to Which is further in debt with star finance unfortunate I had a set back in June 18th this year admitted in hospital Diagnosed with severe heart failure now of work on sick pay made the finance company aware still demand Extra cost payment in full plus additional 15.00 fee causing further Increase of debt I am unable to pay They show no compassion towards this I was brought back to life in June but I can't handle further stress will impact on my heart my wife is constantly worried I don't know what else to do
