“Using the website was straightforward. I phoned customer services with a couple of questions and was well looked after. I am travelling to France at the invitation of a friend. I am pleased to see that I can cancel my policy if my friend calls off the trip for some reason. The price was reasonable.”

“I have never had to claim so cannot comment on this aspect. In terms of quotes, etc I find all staff professional and helpful. There may be policies which are cheaper for those with medical conditions but we remain happy with StaySure. Online account is clear and simple for accessing and downloading documents. Phones always answered in a timely manner.”

“Very straight forward to become insured. Appears good value. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars and been definate about good value is because I have yet to make a claim, so don't know about that side of Staysure yet. I hope it stays that way!”

“The person who dealt with our holiday insurance on 4th May, was extremely helpful, efficient and very patient, as there were 3 of us it took over an hour and Andy talked us through it all every step of the way, which was much appreciated. We would certainly recommend Staysure to others and have used them before.”
