“I Didnt have to wait too long for them to answer the phone, The Guy with whom i spoke too was very pleasant & polite, i told him i only had 20mins to sort the holiday insurance out, as i had another urgent appointment, He went through everything with me as quickly as he could, he was very thorough not leaving anything out..i was very impressed the way he handled my call, he was so obliging knowing i had an urgent appointment..”

“Stay sure contacted me before my policy expired to let me know the new price for the annual cover. It was such a simple straightforward process to renew the policy for another year. I hope I don’t need the travel insurance when I am away but it’s good to know I am covered. I also received a text with a phone number to use when we are away. Excellent 👍 service thanks”

“Margaret the agent was really great - very helpful and listened to my complicated medical issues. The reason for the low star rating was for the cost 1000% increase from £72 to £705 as my medical situation has changed! I've been discharged and declared fit to travel. Very disappointing and can only hope that if I ever do have to make a claim there won't be any problem!”

“I’m very happy with staysure. I used them last year too. The agent was very helpful and the process was straightforward. It’s always a bit of worry when you have pre existing medical conditions but I’m happy that we were able to get facts straight.”

“All reasonably straight forward. The declaration of medical conditions can be a bit vague regarding the allowance of a little extra information, so it leaves you wondering if you have provided sufficient details. eg One of my conditions is Metatarsalgia, I can only select it. There are no follow up questions, therefore I could not elaborate on recent surgery. I will phone to double check.”
