“Good ( not great) value for money but covers all our needs and we renew a multitrip policy every year. Not sure that the “ loyalty discount” is as much as the “ introductory discount”, but as long as there are no additional medical issues the renewal process is very quick and easy to do. Will stay with Staysure because it’s easy not because it’s cheaper than otgers because it is not. All insurers seem to charge more for renewals, how they make a profit I suppose……”

“Renewed my policy yesterday, told my name was spelt incorrectly on my policy took out last year. Would amend my name and not charge an admin fee. Once off phone looked at a letter and renewal document sent 21st March and my name was spelt correctly, checked my validation certificate for when insurance taken out last year and was spelt correctly.”

“I cancelled the auto renewal with their automated system a couple of weeks back and now they have renewed the expensive policy and taken the money from my bank account!!!! I now find to can the policy is an automated system as well which I have no faith in. Very disappointing I wonder what would happen if I ever needed to make a claim?”
