“Very friendly staff, easy to complete on line form with clear options relating to policies. Only a minor concern, my Mastercard was refused at the time of paying. This may be down to the day being a bank holiday. This was resolved first thing the following morning without any hassle.”

“My daughter in law facilitated the use of the ipad, I found the procedure easy , answering the relevant questions, the premium was higher than I expected having previously having annual cover through Barclays Bank at much better terms. As I have now turned 80 I supposed this is what I must accept. This will sadly curtail my future travel. I have had a lifetime of travel without having to resort to claims. Thanks anyway. a no claims discount similar to car insurance would be a welcome offer.”
