“Stay Sure rejected my claim despite my holiday being cancelled due to a Marburg virus outbreak. Every other person on our trip received insurance reimbursement- including one insured also with Staysure. I have had to go to the ombudsman for redress. Very disappointing- insurance that fails to reimburse in the circumstances is not worth having !”

“Staysure were proactive inproviding a well priced renewal quote for my soon to expire annual travel insurance policy. Their communications throughout the renewal proccess has been excellent. The policy that they offered was comprehensive and priced well. Due to all these factors , I was happy to accept their policy for another year.”

“On my enquiry a lady called Lucy could not have been bettered great patience , easy to understand and could not have been more helpful. Shame I could not contact her to complete the order.turned out you have 2 offices I got connected to 2nd office , they said they did not really know Lucy said she emailed Lucy. that she had went home . I was not happy as I had just finished with the other lady and Lucy phoned me. I was not at all happy.”

“I received my renewal quote from my present insurer. The premium had gone up and more than I was prepared to pay. I contacted Staysure for over 55s and got a quote quickly and easily and it was cheaper than my renewal quote. Needless to say I am insured with Staysure. Thank you.”
