“I renewed our travel insurance today and I have to say that the Lady I spoke with was so helpful, patient and pleasant. She was extremely informative and nothing was too much trouble. She answered all my questions and any concerns that I had and I didn’t feel rushed before going ahead and renewing our policy for another year. The service was excellent and I thank the Lady concerned for helping me.”
