“Initial contact but did nothing about seeking mefical info from hospital admin team. Then said they didn't believe I had disclosed previous gallbladder illness. They have three years of medical notes to review before making a decisio . Poor communicators. Poor professionalism. Aren't intetested in delivering the cover that has been paid for.”

“Back in 2020 when we went into lock down, I had to cancel my travel insurance with Staysure. They decided to keep 25 pounds for an admin charge and returned me 12 pounds. 'Robbing Gits' would be a better name for the company.”

“Although thankfully I’ve not needed to avail of Staysure’s services while on holidays, the company’s approach to business and to me as a long-standing customer has always been reassuring. It is also easy to reach an agent, for example at renewal time, if any fine-tuning is necessary.”

“Great to actually talk to a real person rather than a keyboard. Decision and cost came quickly and the confirmation mail arrived just as quickly. I had a query but again talking to someone helped to clear it. It would have been nice to be cheaper but at the end I decided to go with a broker that gave me confidence.”

“Phoned for holiday insurance together with 3 other companies. Stay sure operative was by far the most pleasant ,helpful ,and informed. She did every thing to sort out a suitable quote for us and we did the deal. Will use again for next trip”
