“Easy process to follow on line. I rang ab advisor to go through all the details making sure I’d completed everything correctly. I had. The advisor was thorough, efficient and friendly. This score is given on the purchase process only. The score may be different if I had to make a claim. One negative is the incorrect capitalisation of my surname. It’s McGarry not Mcgarry. Not the first company to get it wrong and they won’t be the last. It might not be important to Staysure. It’s very important to me.”

“I bought multi travel insurance yesterday. I did not find it that easy to do online. My bank agreed the transaction but when I went back to complete the screen had gone back to the beginning, so I was not sure whether I had paid or not. I phoned one of your team, who verified that the transaction had not gone through, so had to go through everything again with her. She was extremely helpful and friendly and finally I have my insurance. Thanks to her.”
