“I have previously used this company, and have again taken out insurance cover for a short break abroad. The on line system is easily done after a few medical type questions. Fortunately I have never made a claim so cannot comment on the efficiency or otherwise of the claim procedure.”

“Booked travel insurance for two destinations when I got paperwork it only had one phoned straight away to let you know and got charged 50 pounds as pensioners this is a lot of money for a mistake we did not make.”
