“Very nice gentleman and helpful. Although policy was double price of last year I paid up because I couldn't face trying another company. He did explain medical cover had gone up though.”

“In good faith we put a claim for cancelled transport on booked helicopter from the Scilly isles due to storm Kathleen. We had to therefore incur costs for an extra night on the island. We were then told it only covers cancellation for international flights . We had purchased extra policy for disruption cover due to weather. We were shocked and extremely disappointed.”

“The lady I spoke to was obviously following a script but showed patience when I asked her to repeat herself if I didn't understand something she had said. The policy I bought was nearly £200 cheaper than a quote I received from another insurer. I have used Staysure before and always found them to be competitive and helpful.”
