“I queried this year’s travel insurance price. Some historic illnesses were dismissed and we were over protected. This resulted in far better charges, so I renewed. I was dealt with politely and understanding.”

“I was unhappy that the admin fee was charged when I had no alternative except phoning due to a change in my husband's medical condition. I fully expected there to be an additional charge on the policy but felt it was unfair to charge the admin fee.”
