“Everything was OK once i was able to speak to someone. It took at least 3 phone calls over over a just to through to speak to someone. Once I did get through to an advisor it was Ok and very helpfull Previously on two occasions the advisor never came back to me as promised.”

“I have signed for an annual travel insurance for an older couple, including ski insurance, for Europe. The offer suited us perfectly, the price was reasonable and the process of signing up was problem free. I haven't given a 5 star rating since I don't yet know whether future possible claims, or amendments requested, will be equally well handled”

“I am 75 and suffering with many different health problems but still managed to obtain travel insurance cover at a reasonable price. It was a easy online system to use and took a short time to complete.”

“Really quick and easy form online, I’ve 2 pre existing conditions and had colon cancer and treatment in the last 12 months! All cancer removed. Staysure have been amazing when some companies flatly refused me insurance. So glad I was shopping around. I would never go on holiday without insurance just make sure you add all pre existing conditions. Highly recommend.”
