“Got a quote for an annual policy and we both have medical issues and found the price very competitive but having used them before decided to go with a trusted company. Also able to pay monthly which helps when having to pay for holiday and other payments to do with holiday”

“Not so much Happy. I took out a multi visit policy for my wife on the phone and asked the person if I needed to advise the company about each trip we make and was told yes. When i got the documents there is a line that states that you do not need to advise of the trip dates etc, which is right? I now need to phone the company again to get clarification as I do not want to risk paying a lot of money simply not to be covered properly”

“Once I got through to the sales team all was good. The journey on the phone to reach him was terrible. My wife initially spoke to you guys but you seemed unable to bring conversations together. I bet you guys are working from home still, makes for a disjointed experience”

“On Wednesday 2nd April 2025. I contacted one of your staff to sort out our existing Holiday Insurance that needed renewing and she was very helpful and spend a lot of time explaining about the above and I decided to stay with Staysure for another year.”

“I have used Staysure for travel insurance in the past.Always very helpful and easy to use online. I used them again this year and had an issue with double booking which they immediately dealt with next day on the phone . Definitely recommend them.”
