“The gentleman I spoke with was very mannerly and courteous. He was calm and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble (explaining the information of several different policies and their pluses and minuses). He made every effort to ensure that I was taking on the best travel policy for me(taking into consideration, age, health issues).”

“Nice to talk to a person Sophie rather than a robot thoroughly knowledgeable and answered all questions.Price quoted was fair considering circumstances,but on expensive side as both pensioners and we only go away a couple of times now so may ditch the annual policy and go for single trip.as it is expensive but then Staysure only company to cover husbands medical conditions.”

“The policy is everything and more than we require, the interaction with staff on the telephone is excellent they are so helpful, we have told all our family who now all use Staysure because of the fantastic cover that’s provided at an affordable rate, it’s knowing that you have the best cover should anything happen”

“Excellent service - my insurance was about to auto renew but payment had been taken from my account already. Advised I didn't currently have any travel plans but I would certainly return to them for future travel insurance”
