“The policy is everything and more than we require, the interaction with staff on the telephone is excellent they are so helpful, we have told all our family who now all use Staysure because of the fantastic cover that’s provided at an affordable rate, it’s knowing that you have the best cover should anything happen”

“Excellent service - my insurance was about to auto renew but payment had been taken from my account already. Advised I didn't currently have any travel plans but I would certainly return to them for future travel insurance”

“I’ve been advised that I needed to register or sign up for an account in order to get the insurance documents. However I’ve spoken to customer service and they will post them to me in a weeks time. Not everyone wants an account or register, still don’t understand why I can’t just be emailed my documents.”

“Today I went on line to obtain a quotation for an annual holiday insurance for an 80 year old, yes me! After completing the questionnaire three very competitive quotations were offered. While I was considering the options the screen timed out so I rang the Sales Team instead and spoke to Fey. She was very professional, helpful, patient and friendly. She fully answered all mine and my wife’s questions. I’ve now got an excellent and competitive annual holiday insurance.”
