“It has taken from 9am this morning to 6pm this evening to sort out 10days travel insurance. This after filling in form online, to be told details lost. Waiting 20 plus minutes for phone to be answered is not acceptable. Not at all pleased with today’s service.”

“The renewal process was relatively straightforward other than the mail I’d received showed that my renewal was virtually identical to the policy cost last year, when in fact the price had gone up by £42. The cynic in me says that ‘error’ meant that I could have simply clicked the renew link thinking that the premium hadn’t increased. Also the process of discussing, taking out and paying for insurance can be as slick as you like but the only true measure of how good it is is when you have to make a claim.”

“We explained that we were travelling to Tenerife and Canada. The agent gave us separate prices then offered annual cover to include our 2 trips plus cruise cover . We accepted and paid in full. Next day a phone call the agent had forgotten Canada (despite talking at great length the reason for the trip) Not a very professional way to do business!”

“I recently renewed my annual policy with Staysure. Their representative was extremely helpful and thorough in assisting me with this, carefully investigating and reviewing various medical histories and helping to tailor the policy to exactly what we need and actually achieved a premium reduction at the same time. The service provided by her was first class.”

“Extremely helpful, professional, patient staff - I phoned as I needed to check I had entered the correct information on my website quote. I didn't have to wait very long on the phone and my policy is now half the price of my previous provider with better cover, in spite of my age and previous medical issues.”

“Needed to ring to sort medical conditions as online page did not update conditions even though webpage suggested it did- referred to correct department and given great information- paid more than I had intended for annual cover but happy with information given. Webpage suggests you can complete everything online but I think speaking to an agent important if you are over 50.”
