I have only given 3 stars as well into the new application the line went dead, but for at least 10 minutes I realised the line was dead. The young lady was apparently trying to ring me when I was holding on. Anyhow I rant the company again and so much music and recorded voices and eventually someone answered. I asked if I could speak with the lovely young lady who had been dealing with me and was told she would ring me back. She did ring me back and it all went through. It was the length of time waiting to get through to a person!

Not so much Happy. I took out a multi visit policy for my wife on the phone and asked the person if I needed to advise the company about each trip we make and was told yes. When i got the documents there is a line that states that you do not need to advise of the trip dates etc, which is right? I now need to phone the company again to get clarification as I do not want to risk paying a lot of money simply not to be covered properly

Once I got through to the sales team all was good. The journey on the phone to reach him was terrible. My wife initially spoke to you guys but you seemed unable to bring conversations together. I bet you guys are working from home still, makes for a disjointed experience

I wasted a lot of time trying to find a way of giving my latest credit card details, different from those given for my last policy. If there's a way of doing it online, I failed to find it. This meant being put on hold, admittedly not for long but it would have been too long if I'd not set aside the time for a wait.

I need to delete my daughters name on policy left hanging on whilst transfer of call for 15 minutes . She already has travel insurance so it’s not necessary on this policy

Had difficulty amending my policy on line so decided to ring. As per usual had to go through a menu of options- but didn’t take long. Slight delay in actually speaking to a customer service agent. Was very helpful and efficient. Very satisfied with the outcome

I have used Staysure many times over the years and found them very helpful and polite. Easy and quick to fill in the forms especially if you have health conditions to declare. They have competitive prices and good voucher discounts. The cover they provide in each of the different packages is excellent.

I had two weeks of anxiety as Staysure said they hadn’t received my online payment. After three telephone calls to my bank and Staysure, they then admitted that my payment had been received. We’re very sorry was all I got.

The paperwork received by email says we were to be automatically renewed as existing customers for the next year's policy, nothing for you to do. Yet the next line says press here to renew your policy. Why if it automatically renews. On ringing to clarify the situation we were told we had to pay now. We do hope we are not charged again in 12 days when our policy is renewed. Very confusing. Needs to be simpler as we were paying by direct debit anyway.

Have used Staysure several times over the past few years and everything has always been excellent. Received a text with a discount code for 20% off this was not meant to be deducted when paying Unfortunately this was not applied so had to pay full amount will look elsewhere next time .

Big bump up in premiums. Getting significantly more costly, running well ahead of inflation rises. Insurance industry seems to have its public over a barrel. Not much alternative attractive competition.

The person I eventually spoke to after listening to excessive blurb at the beginning of the call was very polite and reacted well to my frustration. The eventual quote for holiday insurance seemed reasonable. I assume you realise people will accept your quotation because they can't stand the thought of going through similar with another company!
