Good day, We sorry you feel that way. Gaining certification is mostly mandatory to work at sea. Being able to take these courses online is a convenient and cost effective method to obtain the certificates you need and approved by many flag states. Of course you are welcome to take the same courses offline at a physical institute but unfortunately many people don't have access to this and taking the course online is far better. “II don't have any problems following the courses they are straight forwards easy to follow and watching the videos which explains the courses easier. I do have a average over many being in security since 1971 and I do enjoy the courses”

“I did the course last week Thursday and now on Wednesday I still haven’t received any proof of passing although I did send my ID for verification. Therefore only average performance.”
