“Complete nightmare trying to access the course. The advice given in the email doesn’t work as I tried different settings and un blocking cookies and still didn’t work. For iPad uses gives a link which leads to the App Store when you download the app the app asks for a domain name which you do not give in your instruction email. I spent more time trying to access the course than doing the course. Really frustrating and poor service….would never use again.”

Good day, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. A course starts by opening a new window which is prevented by default on most Apple devices. Changing a few simple settings as suggested by our support team and the FAQ page normally deals with this issue. Our online courses can also be followed offline after downloading our App. The required domain for login can be found together with the instruction on our FAQ page.
