“Good morning, unfortunately is very difficult to get the certificate, is already 5 days and I don't received yet the mail whit my ceerigivate, the proces is to slow, and y you offered the document in 24 hours. I hope you can do it better”

Good morning Subia, I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, we try hard to make sure things run smoothly. Your certificate was released to you on the 13th October.
