“Complete nightmare trying to access the course. The advice given in the email doesn’t work as I tried different settings and un blocking cookies and still didn’t work. For iPad uses gives a link which leads to the App Store when you download the app the app asks for a domain name which you do not give in your instruction email. I spent more time trying to access the course than doing the course. Really frustrating and poor service….would never use again.”

Good day, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. A course starts by opening a new window which is prevented by default on most Apple devices. Changing a few simple settings as suggested by our support team and the FAQ page normally deals with this issue. Our online courses can also be followed offline after downloading our App. The required domain for login can be found together with the instruction on our FAQ page. “Good morning, unfortunately is very difficult to get the certificate, is already 5 days and I don't received yet the mail whit my ceerigivate, the proces is to slow, and y you offered the document in 24 hours. I hope you can do it better”

Good morning Subia, I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, we try hard to make sure things run smoothly. Your certificate was released to you on the 13th October. “for my seafarer safety certificate I paid almost £50 to watch a movie trailer about pirates, and the graphic design for the powerpoint was awful. I hope that money went towards graphic design courses”

“Basically, you pay for having the papers and that's it. The course is super bad. The fact that this is approved by the NE/EU is embarrassing. The costumers service tho is very professional, kind and friendly. I had a problem and they were very helpful”

Good day. Dear Anonymous, we are sorry that you feel disappointed. The Security Awareness course you took meets the international IMO standard and is indeed approved by the Netherlands authorities. Netherlands/EU-approved STCW certificates meet the highest standards in the world and are accepted on a global scale. But STCW.online is always open to suggestions. “I was not satisfied with the course. The course was very short, some basic messages came across, but it was lacking indepth knowledge. I was really surprised when I was already done with the course within 1 hour. I would have expected much more, especially when considering the price of 90 Euro. It is definitely not worth it. The other point of complaint concerns the multiple choise test. Several questions had NOTHING to do with the slides which I viewed beforehand. This is absolute nonsense, because that is no learning effect, just frustrating.”
