“I did like the refreshment. It is informative, appealing and it really tries to teach the most important things to survive any situation onboard. I do know that courses such as crowd management and crises management are supposed to be refreshments and that we as crew members are supposed to know already the most important stuff but I did find in the test questions that are not answered in the courses which can be difficult to solve. Some of the multiple answers questions tend to be the most difficult questions in test because you can have the main idea clear but if your answers are not 100% correct you may end up losing points very easily. Other than that I am really satisfied with STCW.Online.”
