“Caution, The Fender Rack is not compatible with the Canyon Grail:ON / Grizl Fender Set. Big disappointment if you own a Canyon gravel bike. The space between the tire and fender is 2,3 cm. Note that Steadyrack will not take responsibility for return-shipping costs. (Customer support that is no longer of our time.)”

“Great racks for our hybrid bikes. We recently bought ebikes, so it looks like we'll have to get new racks. Why do your Facebook ads specifically say this: "Steadyracks are built to suit any type of bike. Even if you get a new bike, you can store it easily in the same Steadyrack" False advertising, guys.”

All of our racks can support more than one type of bike, making them a great solution for multi-bike households. Some bikes will be better suited to different racks, such as those with fat tires or fenders. “I did a lot of research on different racks including buying some to try in my garage since we were moving from a large house in Texas to a condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and space would be tighter. Bought a couple of Steady Racks to try out so I could estimate measurements for installation. Currently have 5 various type bikes mounted on one wall in span of less than 10’. All 5 racks are the mountain bike one.”

“Good product but customer service and shipping/returns/refunds policy is really poor. East coast buyers- PLEASE BE AWARE that SteadyRacks are shipped from WA, so if there is any need for returns from east coast it will cost you $$$$. There is also a 10% admin/restocking fee. I purchased as a gift in early January and received an email mid-Jan to say the order had been shipped....... today is 22 Feb and still no confirmation of timing for delivery. The consistent line from SteadyRack is: a) a 3rd party shipper collected the item from them over one month ago b) 3rd party shipping issues are beyond their control and concern c) although they "understand my frustration" it's my problem, not theirs...... d) it should get delivered eventually (6 weeks and still waiting) d) if it shows up...... I have the option to send it back to them in WA at my cost and then potentially be refunded up 90% of the purchase price I ordered 4 Steady Racks late last year- the product is good.......but I would strongly caution against dealing with SteadyRack directly based on their shipping/returns/refunds policy. Perhaps consider a local retailer who understands or cares about customer service?”

Following the recent flooding in South Australia there has been widespread damage to key transport train lines and roads - which has caused deliveries to become delayed across the country. This is unfortunately out of our control, as it was an unforeseen natural disaster. Our Customer Team have spoken with you directly about your delivery, and have let you know that your order has now arrived at your local depot. We'd expect this to be with you soon. If you'd like to return the product once it arrives with you, that's not a problem. “Return policy is awful unless your okay with paying shipping back to Australia. Customer service is awful, send 4 emails and MAYBE they will respond. So many better products out there with good return policy. Don’t buy from this company unless your okay with not returning.”

We always want to make it easy for our customers to choose the right rack for their needs, so we provide detailed specifications of each rack in each product description. You're able to return your rack to your nearest available warehouse, our Customer Team have provided your return address via email. Our returns policy is outlined on our website, we try to make this as clear as possible - we're sorry for any confusion. Our team work hard to repsond to all emails as soon as possible, however they're not always able to respond on the same day as we're based in Perth, Western Australia and there is often a time difference. “Great quality product, even better customer service. Purchased 4 racks from Amazon AU and one was missing a minor part, I contacted Steadyrack and they promptly responded and sent out the part. Installation was straight forward and the garage looks great with the bikes out of the way.”

“With three bicycles I've installed three Steadyracks in my garage to safely support and store each bicycle, whilst keeping the garage ordered and maximising the use of space as well as keeping the bicycles accessible and secure. Installation was straight forward and I was able to do this myself. I lock the bicycles to the Steadyracks for security. Other items in the garage are easily accessible with the swing function of the Steadyracks. No more leaning bicycles against walls or shelves or each other. We also have Steadyracks in our office end of trip bicycle storage area.”

“Steadyrack has exceeded expectations! I knew the racks would be great, but they are amazing. Easy to install once you get the hang of it. Very good quality materials and construction. Operation is effortless. The space I have saved in my garage is amazing and of course, it looks very pro. I've installed three racks for road and mtb and would definitely recommend this product.”

“The bike rack is a really good bike rack. It holds my fat bike real nicely and secure as long as you can hit stud when mounting. The wall anchors they provide with the rack do not work and are totally are worthless. They really need to provide better wall anchors because the bike rack is a really good product”

“I love it! I have it at two houses. One with six racks and one with four racks. They were perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants their bikes organized, off the floor and "out of the way." Makes for a MUCH more efficient garage.”

“Great feedback on the local situation in SA. Delivery super-efficient, within 48 hours of order, by courier. The product well packaged, mounted easily and works properly. I like the 'swivel' feature, which saves space - if you have multiple racks, carefully work out the spacing to maximize the 'swivel' space...”
