“I had an issue with the first set of lights I bought because they were not designed for a coastal environment. Steel Lighitng Co. replaced my lights with their new marine grade lights free of charge. Very happy with their customer service. Thank you”

Hi and thank you so much for your review! We are very glad that we were able to resolve the issue and we're grateful that you gave us the chance to address your concerns. Just to fully clarify, we have offered the marine grade option since the inception of the company, however we did not prominently place it on our website until 2021, but we always encouraged customers in areas near salt water who reached out to us to opt for the marine grade. That is the main reason we were willing to make a concession and send you the fixtures at no charge. We hope you love the lights and we appreciate your support of our small business!

“Purchased the Topanga to use on the exterior of a residence located in coastal Maine. Upgraded to a marine grade finish, which came with a lifetime warantee. No other lighting manufacturer comes close to the quality and value that Steel Lighting Co. offers. Highly recommended.”

“We are extremely pleased to with the quality of lamps we purchased. They look amazing! We did notice a few scratches on the lamps and notified Steel Lighting Co. They quickly sent out touch up paint for the blemished area. Top notch customer care! Thank you!”

“Missing black matte stem that was ordered. They did credit me back $10 but this increased my workload and time as I had to paint the galvanized stem myself. Better attention to detail will be appreciated in the future.”

“I gotta tell you steel light company gets high marks from me. Perfect construction, nice thick durable everything and the finishes are really thick and durable. I got the exact color and everything I wanted. Couldn’t be happier now I need to find a place for a new light so I can buy another one. Highly recommend.”

“I cannot tell you how much I love this company. Most everything in life seems to have become laden with unnecessary weight but Steel Lighting Co has somehow kept things simple. They offer quality and value. Its not rocket science but it is unspeakably rare these days. The product is so lovely and the value so good that it nearly makes me wish I needed more lights. Since discovering them I have spread the word because I appreciate them so much I want them to have all the business they can handle. The customer service was AMAZING as well. After agonizing over my order for 48 hours, I submitted it and wouldn’t you know, an hour later I realized I needed to make a change. They worked with me kindly and patiently and in a more respectful way than I can remember being treated in such a senario for probably 20 years. Buy your lights from Steel Lighting Co. You will have an excellent product, a great value and be supporting the ideals and people who need to be supported for prosperity for all. Thank you for your honest, hardworking ways!!”

“As so many reviews mention these lights are top quality in build and looks along with excellent customer service. I ordered 3 16" Gardena's for the garage doors and one 14" Topanga for the garage entry door. I recevied the wrong arm attachment for the Topanga and customer service responded quickly and mailed the correct arm in two days. This was a new build, so when installing a few months later I had issues with the set screws provided and the same quick response and two day shipping. The best! Cecelia took care of me both times. Not much else to say. See the pic attached. Anyone who visits comment on them. Highly recommend Steel Lighting.”
