“The product is of very high quality and installation was straight forward. In the future the four inch electrical box should be a mandatory inclusion as such a box with four mounting holes is not a common item in most electrical supply stores.”

“The lights I purchased look great, but customer service was AWFUL! I left SEVERAL messages over 2 days, as I had questions about some of the lights before making my purchase, and NEVER got a call back. So I did not purchase as many as I would have and bought them elsewhere.”

“Today I attempted to assemble my lights. I am unable to get the Covernut to thread to the socket to finalize assembly for installation. I look forward to a remedy to be provided by Steel.”

“It looks very nice, and my experienced electrician thought so too. Two comments: I already had a fan/light installed so I didn’t need the electrical box. Second, the mounting plate that came wasn’t quite wide enough to cover the opening in the wood frame around the box. Both of these installation issues could be covered under “other info” in a video of installation directions.? My electrician had a wider plate to cover the wider diameter on hand, and then used your plate as a covering over it. I am glad he had the expertise and products on hand to make your product installation look easy!”

“I couldn't say enough good things about this company! The quality of their product is absolutely great! Very well made and they look so great installed. We ordered one light and were so impressed we ordered 2 more. They look great! We wanted to have them installed on our shop for an event and emailed them. They got right back to us and got our lights out in time. Super quick shipping and great packaging. Like I said, I couldn't say enough good things. I literally don't have a single complaint. Great quality, great service, great everything! Super impressed!”

“Lights fixtures are very nice but I did find some small imperfections in the finish, very minor but present, overall I am satisfied but they should be flawless for the cost. Best part is made in the USA! MAGA!”

“Purchased three flush mounted barn style lights along with two electrical boxes. The lights are perfect and very pleased with the finish and construction quality. Only issue I had was minor with one of the boxes. Pkg of 4 round cover plugs were missing so I’ll get them from a local hardware store. Boxes themselves were just what I wanted and good exterior usage quality. I would purchase from STEEL again!!”

“I previously purchased a barn light for our exterior home remodel. And have now followed up with a purchase of 2 Matte Black/Brass Melrose Pendants, 5 Matte Black/Brass Westchester, & 1 Gloss Black Highland Park light that will be installed in our new kitchen & laundry room remodel in a few short weeks. “You guys did great! We liked our first order of light fixtures so much, we reordered more of them to install across the front of our retail business! Our family business is the oldest, continuously operating "old-school" gas station in the Pacific Northwest, providing complete automotive service and repair! Feel free to contact us later in the year to get photos of your light fixtures, which are already installed and working beautifully, once the building has been repainted into the old retro themed original 1950's era branded logos, etc., thus bringing the color scheme all together!
