A rip-off!
The online store charged me but NEVER delivered the second item in my order, did not provide tracking information and refused to respond to my customer service messages about delivery or a refund. They do not provide a business number for customer service.
NO PRODUCT- NO EMAIL RESPONSE-NO TELEPHONE NUMBER - NO REFUND
WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE!!!!
DO NOT PATRONIZE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

They lied to my credit card company that the item was delivered but I had refused delivery from Fed X and I even had the signature of the employee who signed for it !!! So now they had my $249 and got their product back to resell .

When I call to inquire about the difference, they say I had to pay for return delivery and they claim they can't return the taxes I paid.

Terrible customer information. Ordered an item on 12-11-19. Paid $12,49 for 2-3 day delivery. I needed this sweater for Sunday for church. Was notified it will come on Tuesday. Steinmart and UPS is open and deliver Sunday through Saturday. Nothing on site saying excluding Saturday or Sunday. I would of never paid $12.49 for shipping if I knew this. Shame on you Steinmart.

They put the wrong delivery address, UPS delivered to the wrong place, and they will not reissue the order or return payment until at least 30-35 days - poor online policy !
