Avoid at all costs. Highly recommend any other company or form of travel if you want to have a relaxing peaceful timely experience.

They had no cabin for my dog. Which I had pre booked. She sat with me and barked at someone when they approached her. She is an ESA abd wears the appropriate harness. The agressive psychoyic mentally challenged staff accused her of biting and got animal control to take her off me! I got her back a few hours later thankfully when it was proved she was not agressive and didn't bite anyone. I have all the necessary police/ animal control reports stating this. It was hell. And the claims unit Gemma, still maintain she bit!! Liars!! Shame on you Mr Coward CEO Niclas Martennson and your snooty unapologetic emails with your CC to Paul Grant and not to mention the woeful Nicola Marsh in customer care. I will never forgive what you put my dog through. And I am coming with every legal and police force so GET READY you abusive dirtbags who threatened to put my dog down!! Your day will come and I will never shutup until it does.

They abuse animals. They falsely accused my dog of biting when she barked. Put us through hell. It was confirmed by animal control no harm was done. Nicola Marsh you should be ashamed! Then they banned me. I would not go on their ferry if you paid me millions!!

I’ve been travelling across the Irish Sea for over 40 years and I’ve 99% of time when taking trips with my car travelled with Stena, I’ve noticed over the last 4 to 5 years standards have dropped but prices are sky high.

The booking was easy to do. I had to make a change to my booking after one week and no problems occurred.
