“I ordered a single stencil on 9/19, and still haven't received it.”

“I placed an order and was shipped September 01, 2020 (Paid for expedite shipment). Today is the 11th day of the supposed shipment and still haven’t received anything. I sent a message to the company on September 08 about the issue with no response so far. Looks like a waste of money and time since I’m now looking at ordering the same item from a different company. You will think someone will at least contact you or respond to your message. Oh well!.”

“My name is Joy Telle and I ordered a 50 star stencil for a Savannah Stone and had it mailed to her address. When I ordered it I was told it would arrive May 11th. It did not arrive until that weekend, May 15 or 16th. Had I known this I would not have ordered it because she needed it for a special project. I am very disappointed in your service.”

“I bought two stencils and one of them came as the actual image and not as a stencil of the image. So it is worthless. No one returns my call or emails. Very disappointing”

“These stencils do not work on automobiles. I sent you an email and asked for someone to call me and that never happened. Your company does not list a phone number on its website for customer service issues. This purchase counts as 2 first and last.”
