“Unfortunately my stencil arrived in a damaged box, so the stencil was bent in some areas and broken in many spots. There was also a piece missing from the design, which didn't matter since the stencil was unusable. I would have expected it to be shipped, rolled up and in a hard tube, but since it was in a box, it was easily smushed. I asked for a refund and sent pictures, but got no response to that request.”

“Used inside a closet. Impossible to match pattern and bend to use in corners. Stencil fractured in one spot. No good instructions through company website. I could only use it on back wall and had to paint sides a solid color. It was not the look I had visioned. And I had used stencils before but not this size.”

“only used Stencil Revolution because couldn't find what I was looking for elswhere. and I still haven't found exactly what I was wanting. i need self sticking stencils perferably vynil. I'll end up having to use this stencil to make the stencil I need,,,,PITA when it would be so easy to buy a premade stencil”

“The reason for the 2 stars is that their follow-up is terrible. I had a question regarding the size of the product I received and asked for additional information (twice). I have yet to receive a reply.”

“The stencil is great. But whatever you use, Runs underneath and you have no clean lines. That's even if you use stencil spray, lots of tape, etc. I had to trace the shape of the stencil, then paint in the lines. I purchased the American flag with the 50 stars on it.”

“I ordered the wrong stencil… It’s too small and reached out to customer service for help in trying to return it and receiving a refund and getting a larger one and there has been no response after the initial contact.”

“Totally disappointed! The stencils I ordered were not as described. The description said 5" X 6" . I understood that to mean the actual Greek Key pattern would be this size. Instead I received 2 5X6 cards & the actual Greek Key pattern is only 1 1/4 ". Not at all what I needed for my project.”

“After a long web search, I found Stencil Revolution, thinking that their stencils would be superior to the other websites. My first disappointment came when I sent them 2 personal messages on their "contact us" page, that were never replied to, regarding my order for 5 stencils. The second disappointment came when I decided to order anyways, and received my package. The wrapping was so poor, that it destroyed two of the most important stencils I ordered (the biggest size Banksi stencil and the smallest size Banksi stencil of girl with balloon). Both are unusable and ready for the garbage. Clearly not much attention was given to my order and the packaging! I will not be ordering from them again. How poor of a client support for such a small, personal, company.”

“Actually did not try it yet some parts are so delicate I can’t imagine getting a clean transfer please suggest a method for keeping stencil flat and tight to surface and what medium would you say works best”

“I ordered this product a month ago and it still has not arrived. I bought it for some projects I wanted to complete before the 4th of July. I’m not even sure it will arrive before the holiday at this point. I’ve tried to call and find out what the status of shipment is and I haven’t gotten a reply.”

Sorry about the delay on this Karen, I see it got caught up in a vortex with USPS. It was accepted at the USPS facility on 4/29, just shuffled all over for some reason if you like at the detailed tracking info. We will gladly refund you for this order if you'd like.

“Order placed April 7. Today is May 4 and have not received three significantly sized stencils. Looking forward to receiving them but tracking on delivery has not changed since April 20. Disappointing.”

“I am only giving this a rating of 2 because I still have not recieved my order. It's been about 16 days now and still waiting so I can not give you a better rating as of now. I am in Canada and I know stencil revolution is located in Florida but 16 days? A lot of time waiting”
