“I unfortunately am very disappointed with my Sterra moon. I bought it mostly for dust but I am told by your customer service that dust is not well collected by your machine. I feel like I completely wasted my money. Your advertising is very deceptive.”

Fresher air, less pet odors, and less dust, even the wooden floors stay cleaner. I ordered a second one for bedroom. Very pleased with the purchases.”

“Wow it really works, I had it in the living room and turned the oven on to clean after about 30 minutes went from low speed Blue to medium speed Red and then after about another 30 minutes went back to low speed Blue.
The usual smell from the oven was greatly reduced.”

“I have been trying to return this product. I can not get it to work correctly. I do not want the app. Everytime I physically try to adjust thecwind it shuts off. I have repeatedly tried your customer service to send me a return label. I am now going to report this to BBB and Solve it Sevin and my bank”

“At first I wasn't sure that the device would work but thought I would give it a try. I have 3 cats and constantly vacuuming and dusting to remove hair from the tables and countertops in the living area and kitchen. After 3 days I noticed that there was far less hair than normal. I cleaned again and after a few days, there was still little to no hair in places that it usually settled. I run the device full-time but not always on high. I'm so pleased that I will probably buy another for the bedroom area.”
