While I received the Sterra as promised, that is where the "customer service" ended! It was too big for my space but when I attempted to contact customer service for return instructions, it was impossibly challenging! NO response and NO phone contact but ample message that there was a strict time limit for return with credit! Returned to address on invoice in the carton only to learn that that was not the correct address for returns. Fortunately, my shipping agency IS CUSTOMER SERVICE friendly and contacted me. I have now returned the Sterra to your preferred but difficult to find address! Have now paid shipping TWICE! You probably have a very good device but the customer service is dismal!!

I retruned my Sterra (ordered wrong items) on 6/28/2024. Re: tracking it has been receied back at the Sterra Office on July 5,2024. I have not received my refund yet

Air purifier broke in less than a year. Tried to contact company, and there phone line goes to “all our customer service representatives are busy at this time” repeatedly and tell you to contact them by internet. They do not respond to multiple emails sent in the past. Avoid this company, as they basically have no customer support when something goes wrong!

Multiple texts and emails I was told the company was resending my order because I never received it. That was over a week ago and I still don’t have it, but they were very static and asking me to remove my PayPal dispute. I told him I would as soon as I received my item

I have never Recieved my 2 Sterra air cleaners. Purchased months ago. At a price of 2 Air cleaner units for $398.00. The only thing shipped was a separate order or 2 spare filter cartridges. Used for replacement when dirty.

It doesn't work as good as the ad says. It doesn't eliminate miner smells. Where could i send it back to get a refund? Thanks for your time. Iam disappointed.

Sterra charged my credit card the instant I placed the order. That is not smart business. I have had dozens of excuses and s month later still no air purifiers. I’m not sure thud place is legit.

company is a joke they had a sale didn’t say when sale was over and i bought it and they wouldn’t honor there sale price !! this isn’t any better than the cheaper one i bought which i personally like a lot better than this sterra !! wouldn’t recommend this greedy company they just want your money nothing else !

It does nothing it states it does. All Sterra Moon USA can do is delay and try to steal your refund.

I have been trying to return this product. I can not get it to work correctly. I do not want the app. Everytime I physically try to adjust thecwind it shuts off. I have repeatedly tried your customer service to send me a return label. I am now going to report this to BBB and Solve it Sevin and my bank

They charged me for 2 Purifiers. Now I have to call my Credit Card for unauthorized charge... and also never received the 2 free filters the promised. Buyer beware...
