Our sales consultant at Steven Eagell (Romford), Leandri Botes, was on time, friendly, helpful and welcoming. She was very patient, kind, and accommodating to our requirements and we were very pleased with our all round experience and purchase of our new Yaris. 10 out of 10.

STAY AWAY FROM THE PETERBOROUGH BRANCH!! They’re quick to take a holding fee from you but after chasing multiple times, every few days, still no refund a month later because I chose not to buy the car in question! Disgusting!!

I took my car into Steven Eagell Toyota Tamworth yesterday for a Service. The service team were professional, friendly, approachable and looked after me very well. The work to be carried was gone through and confirmed, and my car was serviced and valeted while I waited, without any fuss. My experience was further enhanced by Luke Cramp, who I met for the first time, from the sales department. He was polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with, resulting with me ordering a new car. Delighted with the whole experience.

Bought a used Corolla from Steven Eagell Chelmsford, Hussein was great, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, came up with the perfect vehicle for me. Car was handed over by Nashe, who looked after me really well, making sure I was happy with the car. A small issue that arose after a few days was handled without problem by Oliver, who sorted it out and got it addressed quickly and without any problems. Thanks to everyone at Chelmsford, I felt valued, and very happy with my purchase and with the sales experience. The lady on the welcome desk who kept offering us drinks was lovely toođź‘Ś Top marks from međź‘Źđź‘Ť

Always treated well and service staff Roxanne and Emily very professional in their welcome and knowledgeable in any of your enquiries ect. Always a pleasure to go to the Tamworth Steven Eagles so friendly and helpful. Neil good trustworthy and most professional in sales. He has looked after all my family in buying the right car for their needs.

Excellent Service. Just before Christmas, I contacted the Luton branch and spoke with Zeshan told him my budget and what I was after and in no time he came through for me. Wow, he was always present to answer any questions I had, he put my heart at ease. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase even coming in on his day off to do the handover. Thank you so much Zeshan for your amazing service. I will recommend Steveneagell Luton anytime!

I was invited by Jeff of Steven Eagell Toyota Bedford to attend one of their promotions. I reluctantly went with my family. Little did I know we were going to receive first class service. Jeff was busy with some customers at the time we got there. He handed us to Minhaj Ali, his sales workmate. Minhaj, took us around the showroom, and professionally asked us the right questions and also answered all our questions professionally. He was able to help us make the right decision basing from our open interaction. He even encouraged us to pay the deposit in instalments while we waited for the team to push for the manufacturing process of our chosen vehicle. Minhaj, kept us informed and also helped me synchronise the vehicle to my phone. We generally commend Steven Eagell Bedford team for a good service and friendly service. We promised to visit them soon purely because of the conducive and copacetic service we were offered. We'll done Minhaj Ali, Jeff , sales Manager and the rest of the team.

Canterbury dealership. Bought na auris used, took them 1 week to prep car, got there was still not ready. Didn't stamp service book and opened bonnet covered in cobwebs and dust. No washer fluid, previous customer data still on sat nav. Then got passed around different managers and was promised ÂŁ200 compensation. Never materialised, stopped answering emails and calls.

Time wasters advertised car was not as described or as phone conversation, when challenged and asked if they would bring it up to standard they refused and the whole experience was pushy and horrid. They should be ashamed, when I asked for the manager they said they are busy you have to go through us sales guys.....

I just picked up my new car today. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Jaydon was very helpful. Special thanks to Douglas Robson who was as fantastic as ever. In summary, I felt I was there with friends for a cup of tea and at the end had a new car too!

Took delivery of my second car from St Ives. Dealt with Denny who ensures everything goes as smooth as silk.Delivery promise was fully kept. No pressure.Just fantastic service with a smile.This gentleman comes from the old school and he really does make the purchase a pleasure. Cannot fault the service.Car was delivered home yesterday beautifully valeted. Full marks.

Customer service at Steven Eagell Oxford is awful. They either do not answer the phone or say they will ring back and then don’t bother. They had my car for 10 days but still say they have no news on how the repair is going.

I had a most professional and courteous customer service from Emily and the team on my visit for a recall check and body damage check last Friday. In fact whenever I go I have the same quality customer service from whoever I see.

This dealership(Wolverhampton) used to be good. but now you should AVOID! Had 3 cars in a row now, Aygo, Yaris and Rav4 Hybrid. The cars been good but the service from this garage has been awful. Been chasing them for 3 months now to set up a service plan and just keep getting ignored, Has several staff members copied in and they all just ignore. I think its basically a take your money and run business, luckily our car has been fine but if you had one with a problem good luck getting them to even acknowledge you. Check out their Trust pilot reviews - very poor. AVOID!
