“We brought a car from Steven Eagell Toyota Cambridge a few weeks ago and was highly satisfied from the time we walk in meeting a sales man niall Alvarado from sitting down going through things and trying to get us the correct car colour etc to having it delivered checked over and then hand over day, Niall was not pushing in anyway at all made us all feel very relaxed and comfortable even having a laugh aswell.”

“AVOID LEXUS STEVEN EAGELL!!! First Lexus service they ruined the interior of my car with mud, & failed to fix the tracking on my car. Second service they AGAIN ruined the interior of my car with mud, and this time dented the door of my car! In addition, despite being ILLEGAL under GDPR regs, twice on booking a service their sales department rang me with high-pressure sales tactics to change to a new car! On complaining about this, one of their “managers” from their Peterborough branch rang me - attached - and COMPLAINED that I had ‘complained’, did not agree that they were breaking GDPR regs (which they are), and rather than apologise, told me I could not book my car into ANY of their Lexus branches!!!! AVOID - DREADFUL CAR DEALER, SLOPPY SERVICING AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!”

“The experience of buying a car from this dealership was disappointing on most levels. I helped my elderly in laws buy a used car - the videos sent didn't depict the vehicles condition accurately. Despite having lots of notice and a booked in handover, we turned up having travelled the two hours to find the vehicle hadn't even been cleaned. So lots of waiting around. This despite the process being handled by a specialist 'hand over' team. Shocking. I've emailed since to request help with the cracked rear light lens, as this is going to cause an MOT failure, and despite email after email, I've been ignored. It would seem that they simply don't care. So far Lewis has ignored five consecutive emails from me. Are they in your inbox still Lewis and you've just ignored them, or did you decide deleting them was a better option? No where near good enough.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THE PETERBOROUGH BRANCH!! They’re quick to take a holding fee from you but after chasing multiple times, every few days, still no refund a month later because I chose not to buy the car in question! Disgusting!!”

“I took my car into Steven Eagell Toyota Tamworth yesterday for a Service. The service team were professional, friendly, approachable and looked after me very well. The work to be carried was gone through and confirmed, and my car was serviced and valeted while I waited, without any fuss. My experience was further enhanced by Luke Cramp, who I met for the first time, from the sales department. He was polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with, resulting with me ordering a new car. Delighted with the whole experience.”

“Bought a used Corolla from Steven Eagell Chelmsford, Hussein was great, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, came up with the perfect vehicle for me. Car was handed over by Nashe, who looked after me really well, making sure I was happy with the car. A small issue that arose after a few days was handled without problem by Oliver, who sorted it out and got it addressed quickly and without any problems. Thanks to everyone at Chelmsford, I felt valued, and very happy with my purchase and with the sales experience. The lady on the welcome desk who kept offering us drinks was lovely too👌 Top marks from me👏👍”

“Excellent Service. Just before Christmas, I contacted the Luton branch and spoke with Zeshan told him my budget and what I was after and in no time he came through for me. Wow, he was always present to answer any questions I had, he put my heart at ease. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase even coming in on his day off to do the handover. Thank you so much Zeshan for your amazing service. I will recommend Steveneagell Luton anytime!”

“I was invited by Jeff of Steven Eagell Toyota Bedford to attend one of their promotions. I reluctantly went with my family. Little did I know we were going to receive first class service. Jeff was busy with some customers at the time we got there. He handed us to Minhaj Ali, his sales workmate. Minhaj, took us around the showroom, and professionally asked us the right questions and also answered all our questions professionally. He was able to help us make the right decision basing from our open interaction. He even encouraged us to pay the deposit in instalments while we waited for the team to push for the manufacturing process of our chosen vehicle. Minhaj, kept us informed and also helped me synchronise the vehicle to my phone. We generally commend Steven Eagell Bedford team for a good service and friendly service. We promised to visit them soon purely because of the conducive and copacetic service we were offered. We'll done Minhaj Ali, Jeff , sales Manager and the rest of the team.”

“Canterbury dealership. Bought na auris used, took them 1 week to prep car, got there was still not ready. Didn't stamp service book and opened bonnet covered in cobwebs and dust. No washer fluid, previous customer data still on sat nav. Then got passed around different managers and was promised £200 compensation. Never materialised, stopped answering emails and calls.”
