Overpriced poor quality goods- I have spent a fortune on his large prints which have faded within 6 months of being on my walls (indirectly from sun)- I bought a calendar recently as a gift- took 10 days to arrive! I have lost faith in his goods and have started buying better quality canvases from another artist- who has excellent customer service and after sales!

Bought phone case and the quality was very poor, the thin piece of flimsy plastic in the side at the control buttons split and broken within days of use (that's without dropping my phone) now there is cracks appeared all over the cover and the bottom right corner has split. Would definitely not buy again or recommend, for the price a very poor product.

Tacky AF. Every picture looks identical to the last. If it's not a multicoloured cow, it's multicoloured trees. Wife had to use customer service to complain about a mug that arrived broken, which took an inordinate amount of time to resolve (for the sake of £15 mind).

I bought 2 beach towels as I like Steven Brown's artwork and I have bought a number of items in the past and I wanted to give these as a gift. The towels are very thin and the quality is poor. There is no way that I can give them as a gift. Waste of money.

I start by saying this man art is fantastic I have a few of his art, so let’s hope & pray what we may have seen on social media is not true or it’s going to be so sad not to see more of this man’s work. As it’s the best art I have seen in a long time that makes you happy to look @ on your walls brighting up, everyone world how has a bit of this man art on there walls @ home or in there office, so this man must come back soon as I & my family have to buy more of this man work.

High price for poor quality. Really disappointed at the quality of the canvas the print is blurry and Badly stapled into the frame, the canvas material itself isnt of great quality. If it wasn't a gift would of returned asking for my money back.

He's not an artist in anyway shape or form, he's only interested in making as much money as possible from prints, he's so cheesy and knows to suck up to the public is to get sales. He's no artist!

Have never be so disappointed with a service in my life. This will be my last purchase ever. I ordered a limited edition artwork on the 9th of April to be shipped to Paris as a wedding gift. We are now on the 13th of June, over 20 emails sent and similar in phone calls. Lindsay in customer service just keeps saying sorry for inconvience. Today I hold for 11 minutes and 7 seconds to have my call go unanswered. I call back and get Neil Greenwood who is apparently the customer services manager who needs some serious training. He explained he won’t lie to me so doesn’t know why it has not been shipped, doesn’t know why fedex has not delivered it, can’t get fedex to answer him and thinks that’s acceptable. To add insult to injury, going to ship again today/tomorrow and use fedex who couldn’t deliver the first one!! My family have no wedding gift and I am exasperated with the full process. I’m sure this is not how Steven Brown expects his customers to be dealt with. Word of mouth will not help with future sales

I bought another 2 framed prints, not only did they arrive damaged and had to go back. 9 days later no reply to my emails asking for update? Customer service terrible and quality off frames poor. I got them as wedding presents and wedding is sat. They are expensive. I asked if they would send me replacements when mine were collected.. Told No. Very unsatisfactory.

When I placed the order, the website indicated 5 - 7 days for delivery - one parcel arrived 2 days later and the other the following day. My question about the delivery was answered very promptly by Tiffany. Love the products and the service.

I like Stevens work, I have some of his artwork in my home, but the recent news on his threats to another artist is appalling. He acts like he owns the template or the sole rights for multi coloured highland coos, or other derivatives of his paintings...Nessie, Stags etc Healthy competition is good, just look back in history at some of the greats, they may have painted a landscape, or portrait, but in their own style....it’s not a crime. Kids in School draw multi-coloured art, does he want to threaten them too. I’ll be purchasing future works from other artists. Shame on you, Mr Brown.

I purchased a iPhone cover and just over six months later contacted Steven Brown with photographs showing that it had cracked around the edges, and anyone who knows me I look after my phone, so it was definitely not dropped or damaged, it’s just stress on the plastic. I made representations and was told that it would not be replaced, and when I asked what is the guarantee period, I was told 6 months. So please if you buy any similar items make sure you contact them before the six months is up, mind you their paintings which I have, are excellent.

The canvas is on cheap wood and it has warped quite badly. I’ve only had the large canvas a year. I have other canvasas from other artist with no problems . Some are 11 year old. The company won’t help , they said it was wear and tear. To have it repaired will cost the same has a new one😮☹️. Will never use again

I have a canvas and an apron that I absolutely love. However the chopping board has been really disappointing as the backing has started to peel off.
