Does anyone know how to check the authenticity of his artwork? I have what I believe is the limited edition medium Eilean Donan castle canvas print but I'm unsure about its authenticity due to the quality. Thanks.

When will you be doing special offers on large canvas and also cushions please. To those who are woŕried about ordering I've now got a collection of 12 canvas and all are beautiful have had no problems many thks Jean

I was about to order a massive canvas, but read the reviews as £99 is quite a lot for a picture. I am not going to order now as I am too afraid I won't receive what I see on your website. Such a shame, but really cannot take the chance. It seems the customer service is not what I would expect either, although I did get an immediate response to a question I asled. Also, I think your delivery times, in this day of shopping on line, seem to be a bit long. I am disappointed, but can only rely on the reviews as I haven't shopped personally with you. Thought I would mention this as the reviews are so important to customers like me. Shame. It seems after purchase you get bombarded with sales emails too. Customers are put off by this, it does not encourage further sales.

Good evening Kathleen, hope you are well. I work within the Marketing Department at Steven Brown Art and came across your observations, rather than questions, and I thought I would take this opportunity to reply. As you can see a lot of the reviews on this website are anonymous and reviews.io require us to pay a monthly fee so that we can answer these comments. As you can see most of the 'Verified' reviews, of which there are 20, we have received 5 stars. Most of the negative comments are anonymous and unverified, which in itself is worrying. Please take time to look at our 4.5 star ratings on both Google and Trustpilot which highlight our great Customer Service and Products, which, to be honest, are more reliable. A bought a giraffe china mug for a Xmas present and the bottom of the cup has a hair line fracture and starting leaking and at 25 pound they are not cheap what is the policy on faulty goods?

I bought the bag with the Giraffe on. It's covered in small black marks like the print plate was dirty or it's moved when being printed. Customer service told me this is normal and marks on the original canvass. Is this the same with everyone else. Thanks

I received a large mcoo purse from my daughter for my Christmas. I just started using it this week and unfortunately the clasps will not stay shut. It is difficult to close and then just pops open again. I feel very insecure using it as I am afraid I will lose my money and my cards Marilyn fraser

I have just received delivery of breakfast hampers which I bought as Christmas gifts. I’m concerned about the rough feel of the inside of the China mugs. Will they not stain easily? Usually mugs are the same glaze all over.
