I contacted Recovery Hacker 101 after falling victim to a phishing scam and losing a significant sum of Bitcoin. They responded promptly and with great professionalism. They found and retrieved my pilfered money in a matter of days! I'm really appreciative of their assistance. Please don't hesitate to contact them at recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com if you find yourself in a similar circumstance. Strongly advised!

I bought a canvas recently & the edge of the canvas is very poor quality & does not match the rest of the image. I thought at first it was due to over streched canvas distorting the image but then I looked at the 2D image on the invoice & it was distorted too. The front of the cow was stripey but body of cow is a puddle of colours not in stripes. As the canvas is a box 3D as you walk around the room you do see the edges so if they don't match the rest of the cow it looks mighty strange! I'm afraid to say it got banished into a glass cabinet just to show the front as the side spoils the view. Shame as I bought a print in the past which was good quality, quality has gone down badly I feel with all the recent changes.

The canvas is on cheap wood and it has warped quite badly. I’ve only had the large canvas a year. I have other canvasas from other artist with no problems . Some are 11 year old. The company won’t help , they said it was wear and tear. To have it repaired will cost the same has a new one😮☹️. Will never use again

My mother bought me two cushions, which were quite expensive at £25 each. They took two weeks to arrive and when they did I loved them. They were the butterfly design, which is lovely. However, within four months the fabric had bobbled. The fabric is very poor quality. I imagine they are made in China, which is why they took so long to arrive. How much do you think it cost to produce the fabric (which was rubbish)? How much would it cost to ship to the UK? If it cost £2 to produce (honestly cannot believe it costs more than that) then someone is making a great profit! I would definitely not buy another product from Steven Brown Art because the quality is dire.

my wife a big fan of his has bought at lease 8 prints from him,the last one was so big that it did not fit in our living which she donated to chas.so i decided to buy here a tea mug of the same print as a surprise for her birthday which cost me £4.99 for delivery.when i came home from work the package had been left at my neighbours, who passed it to my wife so when i came in the whole street new what i bought the wife as s brown art is written all over the package.so dont buy a surprise present if you are not in your address alone.

Well to start the delivery took 3 weeks, I emailed and was told it was royal mail's fault and that they would be resent, I made the point that I wanted my delivery charges refunded which, was listened to and refunded to me. I specifically used the Facebook messenger service and had to deal with a very deflective woman who kept telling me that my delivery was being looked into and at one point said it wasn't their fault that I didn't have goods I paid for, and this was definitely a theme through our conversations. I sadly have the feeling that had I not made the point about delivery charges and having my items sent on a secured delivery service (as they should have been considering the value of the purchase), that if not brought up they would have been overlooked which is quite telling overall. The online tracker they use has 0 information, at least it did for me. The company has many split reviews and I can completely understand that, the service wasn't good, and having to state the obvious to someone who should know better is frustrating and makes the company look like every other company that doesn't want to accept responsibility for problems caused by them unless they absolutely have to. This wasn't a good experience at all and when I asked for a refund as the 2nd delivery had also turned up late, they ignored the request and put me in a position whereby I had to accept delivery. Overall not impressed And to top it off the "prints" are more like posters on thicker paper the definition I. The images isn't very high quality compared to the original asking price of the prints. Shame as some of the designs are the exact style I like Oh well live and learn

Bought a print which I love, but, cannot find a suitable frame to fit. Buying a framed print was far too expensive. Any suggestions?

service. I ordered 5 items and all were great quality and lovely designs/colours. Unfortunately I had misjudged the colour of the massive canvas, and it didn't suit my room. I asked for a straight exchange but they refused as I was a) just outside the refund period (I had been away) and b) they only do exchanges on damaged items. I emailed back to ask if they would relax their policy as an exchange wouldn't cost them anything with me paying postage. No reply. I emailed again. No reply. Tried once more. No reply. Given that they answered my first email promptly, they are obviously ignoring me. We've got your money, now get lost. It's such a shame when a company treats customers like that. I bought the items on sale, but it was still a lot of money for me. The refusal to answer is more aggravating than the refusal to exchange; they can't even be bothered to explain. I've worked in retail for over 30 years, and I've always tried to help my customers as much as possible. Doing an exchange in this case would not have left the company out of pocket and would have left them with a very happy customer. Instead here I am leaving a negative review and warning prospective online buyers - don't buy from this company. Also, look at the percentage of poor reviews on here.

We ordered a large canvass, over excited about the black Friday pricing. When it arrived I was immediately disappointed, the print was of poor quality, blurred and fuzzy looking and only looked nice from a long distance away. We're going to return the item as, as much as we love the McCoo's its not worth the price paid for a print copy, even at discount.

I have admired these for a while and decided to treat myself to a 30x30 canvas when on offer for £75 (glad I didn't pay full price) when it arrived a day later than expected and I opened I feel it looks cheap and it is not very tight over the frame and overlap is not even, let's hope the cushions I ordered are better quality and hopefully the canvas looks better when on wall, very disappointed
