“Took way longer than the estimate for blank labels. It took over three weeks to get blank labels to even get shipped. Then I got confusing emails listing different items in the shipping notice. I was ordering samples because I’m was looking for a reliable vendor for $2000+ in monthly printing. This will not be the place. A big let down. The labels look fine but I don’t have time to deal with an unreliable business that doesn’t seem to have their operations in order.”

When I raised this issue I was told that nothing could be done as apparently I had approved the designs. I assumed that I was simply reviewing the design (ie. colour etc.) and that the preview that was sent to us was not indicative of the shape of the edges.”

We paid the invoice immediately, then there was nothing here by the 17th Jan. I called and spoke to Lauren who said it was still in production. It got only posted on 23rd and arrived on the 24th, a full week after the event we ordered the stickers for. I do understand, that we should have ordered earlier, and accept next year we need to give more time, but if it was THAT busy, you guys could have told me when we ordered...”
