“The overall products are beautiful. They did not print the proofs though; on all three neon colors (pink, orange, yellow), the third stripe from the left and last stripe on the far right are supposed to be white. Instead, the third and last stripes were printed as the color of the neon background.”

I have set up a re-print for you now to get this corrected. We will get these shipped early next week and I will personally quality-check them to ensure the issue has been fixed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear you have not received your order yet.
I have looked into this for you and found the following:
- You approved your order on Sunday 3rd December meaning your order was due to ship by Thursday the 7th.
- We shipped your order on the 5th of December, 2 days earlier than the deadline.
- Your order was shipped with GlobalMail which is the standard shipping option. I can see the tracking information has been updated today to show it has been received in your country.
We advertise our shipping date as 7 working days to your shipping country. Today marks the 7th day.
There does look to be some minor delay with the shipping courier meaning your order should be with you in the next few days.
I am very sorry that this has happened and I will contact the courier to find out what has caused this delay.
I will drop you an email tomorrow morning with an update.

“Stickers were great but the guidance was not. It would have been better to see the stickers on an item to know what they would come out like. I could have then decreased the rocket to align with the text size. Added nicely to the slowly building collection.”
