“Disappointed with the order completion times. I ordered on the 8th Jan, specifying we needed it by the 15th. Was told you would aim to ship the order within 5 working days. We paid the invoice immediately, then there was nothing here by the 17th Jan. I called and spoke to Lauren who said it was still in production. It got only posted on 23rd and arrived on the 24th, a full week after the event we ordered the stickers for. I do understand, that we should have ordered earlier, and accept next year we need to give more time, but if it was THAT busy, you guys could have told me when we ordered...”
“My sports club bought a batch of custom printed heavy duty vinyl stickers from Stickerit. They are absolutely brilliant genuinely heavy duty, several mm thick with extra strong glue on the back. Exactly what we were after. In fact I'm just about to place another order.”
“Ultra helpful. Order didn't arrive even though tracking said it had. Stickers were reprinted and sent out without any fuss. The stickers arrived by DPD. Later the same afternoon, the initial order of stickers arrived by Royal mail - 6 days late even though they wer sent out first class post.

Whilst i was initially frustrated upon receiving what i had not ordered, the Sticker It team put it right immediately upon me reaching out to them. The quality of the stickers was really good as was the printing. Despite the mistake made with the order at the beginning, this was resolved swiftly and i received a good service.”

“Was offered two seperate designs in the same order simply for kart numbers and name stickers. confirming one as correct automatically confirmed the other as correct and processed the order without me checking it. Plus the minimum of 5 sets of stickers for orders of the kart set make it unrealistic for privateer karters to use them for the kart design service. My last kart stickers from kart David were great, but not able to justify ordering 5 sets going forward.”
