“My experience on stillwhite was simple to use, a variety of options and successful. The site is convenient for users and the security is a top priority which makes you feel comforted and that your private details are taken seriously. Really enjoyed the site and would recommend it to Evryone trying to find a good quality wedding dress for half the price. Thank you Stillwhite!”

“I sent many many messages and only received one message back after waiting over a week for a response. The fact that you only offer one way to pay is ridiculous! Instead of offering to help me at all or look in to the issue on your website I was told by your agent to go though PayPal because the problem was with them. No further assistance was or informed was given. I have worked in customer service for many years, as an website offering a service your staff should be trained and able to look in to an issue, help facilitate communication between your company and any and all other parties that may need to be included in order to offer the best service possible to your customers, none of the above was done. I got a figure it out for yourself answer regarding my issue and that is just not right. Also I think you should offer more then one way contact someone in your customer service department and definitely more then one way to pay. I was terribly disappointed with my experience after reading so many good reviews, I could not believe the terrible service I received”

“I managed to get my dream gown brand new unworn for literally half the price! I work in luxury bridal so I know my stuff and honestly cannot recommend this service enough ! PayPal payment gives you a nice security cushion as a buyer as well 👍🏽🙏🏽🤍”

“Not too expensive to place an advertisement. Easy to use, user-friendly. I enjoyed the messaging app where one can directly communicate with the buyer, especially that you are able to send photos. Really loved it and the 'make an offer' and 'calculate shipping' options are very nice too.”

“This site is FANTASTIC! “Hey Stillwhite! The process of browsing dressing and communicating with sellers was very easy. I saved 165 dresses over a couple weeks, there was just so many affordable and beautiful options. I wish there was a clear grace period to return the dress no questions asked just incase the look didn’t suit someone. Otherwise I appreciated the tips on selecting a dress. The PayPal guarantee also gave me confidence in purchasing from this sight above others. Cheers”
