"Absolutely disgusting services. Nicola Moore is my housing officer she is Absolutely useless and has no sympathy or resolve for any issue at all. The repairs team useless. They do not give a damn about your circumstances or how you live or your repairs you need doing. Lived with damp in my property for 2 years. Needed a bigger place as I was sleeping on my living room floor for 18 months whilst I had my disabled son living with me in a 1 bedroom highrise flat. My tenancy agreement also stated in black and white there was no children or pets allowed so you were in breach of your own agreement .The points and bidding system is a complete scam aswell even with my sons medical points I couldn't get sod all my medical points weren't even took into consideration as they only take in one persons points into account !!! Unless you are homeless you won't get any help off these people whatsoever. Had numerous issues in my property reported the same issue dozens of times and still noone has ever sorted out a leak I have had for 2 Years. Stuck here in my property riddled with damp and can't afford to go private so I'm In a catch 22 situation. Avoid this council like a plague they are a complete shambles and stockport homes is the worst run place I have ever had to deal with in my life they have ruined my mental health because of the constant poor services I have recieved.
