“I ORDERED SHOES FOR MY GRANDSON QUANITY OF 1 I RECEIVED THE SHOES AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL A FEW DAYS LAYER WHEN I RECEIVED ANOTHER PAIR OF THE SAME SHOE . I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BUT EMAIL'S DO NOT GO THROUGH TO ANYONE ,THEN I CONTACTED INFLUENZA AND BECAME EXTREELY ILL WITH A HIGH FEVER FOR DAYS AND COULD DO NOTHING ELSE ABOUT THE MISTAKE THE COMPANY MADE NOW I AM STUCK WITH A $200 DOLLAR PAIR OF SHOES THAT THEY SENT ME BY MISTAKE. I AM 88 YEARS OLD AND ILL WITH VARIOUS ILLINESS INCLUDING CANCER SO BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU ORDER .”

“Purchased ALOT on StockX within the past 6 months alone (see pic). Relying on them to have great service and accountability for their business, I never expected to receive a fake pair of Jordans after receiving a few legit pairs. It gave me the reassurance that I could make a large purchase and feel confident they will do right by me. Well, Stock X is a place for scammers to sell 1/10 fake shoes they have for sale. Knowing the “verification” process is not legit, is something everyone should know. They have caught fakes for me in the pass, which speaks partially to their service. But if you look at the pics , this is beyond unacceptable. I purchased these in Sept and let them sit in my closet two months before wearing them today with a Xmas sweater I bought. Well debut ruined about 6 hours in as I began to see cracks and the shoe literally coming apart. Makes no sense how I paid what I did to receive a shoe that didn’t last an 8 hour day of work. StockX= NEVER AGAIN.”

“I sold a Celine bag to stock x and after the sell they held my payout and they asked me for ID which I sent them then they said they can’t accept my ID my (driving licence and my bank statement) I don’t know why and then they deleted my account. I asked then to send my bag back or my money as this is a breach of agreement and now I very upset I want legal help”

“I order a pair of sneakers which were obviously fakes and they still sent me them. One of the shoes is defective and the wear starts to show the obvious fake quality of the shoes and they still let them pass. Terrible company! AVOID stock x IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!”

“I filled out the “application” yesterday and heard back from a representative this evening. I was just laying down thinking about whether or not this was a real opportunity or a scam. So I decided to Google and came across scampulse and can’t say that I am surprised that it is a scam. While that number is pretty it’s not worth the hassle. “DO NOT BUY FROM STOCKX, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. We purchased a pair of sneakers for our daughter, size was too small, they wouldn’t take them back and required us to resell them on their site - they keep a huge fee. We sold them and they refused to give us our payout claiming that we didn’t have an official UPS dropoff receipt - even though we provided them with a proof of delivery to the buyer. This has been going on for months and they refuse to pay us. They sold us these sneakers and then resold them and refuse to pay us a dime. DO NOT BUY HERE - AWFUL”

“I don’t know any other company who requesting your credit card information before they disclose the final price of the item you’re buying. After gave my credit card number I was surprise how many fees they attach to the item. It went up in price for about 25%. Of course I didn’t bought it, but I cannot delete my credit card information from their files. The got it forever, and it’s scary. Customer service is nonexistent or impossible to reach.”

“shocking customer service- ordered adn £800 pair of lost and found jordans and they never arrived. Had to fill an affidavit to log with stockx policy. Got told by customer service to redo on 5 occassions, did this. Since then no response.. still waiting for refund or the product I purchased. Chargeback has been issued now. THIS Company has zero liability when something goes wrong.”

“I HAVE PURCHASED NIKES SNEAKERS AND THE ACTUAL SIZE WAS 8 BUT I ORDERED 11 AND THE LABEL ON INSOLES STATED 11. HOWEVER THE INSOLES WERE ACTUALLY OF SIZE 8!!! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A PRESENT AMD THE RETURN POLICY IS ONLY 3 DAYS. WHAT A JOKE. THE ACTUAL SIZE WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL TYE PERSON TRIED THEM ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STOCKX. “If I could have given then a Zero, I would have. I ordered shoes for my son, they came from China, and were too small. I paid over $300 and when I ask to exchange for a bigger size, they refused. They were not helpful at all. My only option is to resell them on Stockx where they can earn ANOTHER 15%. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!”

“This is a definite No for me or anyone else!! Beware of this company. I ordered 1 pair of shoes and got charged for 3 totaling over $600 plus. I contacted them through email since its impossible to speak with anyone end they apologized but in the same breathe state that they can't cancel on an item that is in their warehouse ready for shipment. Even though I had only ordered 1 pair of shoes. They offered for me to sell it with them which I have no time or interest in doing such. As instructed by my bank to refuse delivery and send the other 2 items back, they have become a constant virus to me. Every day there is a DHL delivery going to my house to attempt to delivery something I never ordered. I have spoken to several of the DHL customer service to inform them on this and everyday its another delivery attempt... I now have a sign posted outside of my house to inform them to return package to sender. Its been 2 weeks. !! I have contacted a lawyer to take care of this matter since it has not been solved. To anyone trying to order through this company, DO NOT DO IT!! This is my first and definitely my l last!!!!!”
