I have spent around $8000 and had an ok experience in 2024 Until today where I had bid on the same pair of shoes by mistake. Instead of catching this mistake they hammer through the order and refused to give a refund! I canceled 139 bids and will erase my account as soon as my last order arrives-- in 3 to 4 weeks!!!

The refund process was slow, and while they claim it’ll take 3-7 business days, that’s just not good enough for such a bad experience.

I was refunded and told if I rebought, I would be matched with a different seller.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!! I placed an order in December 2023 for some Nike shoes, they sent me a fake version so I asked for it to be returned back, I sent the shoes back and they never sent the refund!!! I went ahead and filed a dispute with my bank for the refund that I’m owed, the money was then given to me with the help of my bank so I thought everything was fine until February again they went and took the money back out of my account.

They were inspected and passed by StockX “authentication professionals” but literally fell apart the very first time I tried them on for fit! StockX will not even consider giving me an exchange or refund.

I informed them both times to cancel my order and refund my money as this error would mean that the item that I tried to cancel would not arrive for over 3 weeks.

Stock x is a scam company - you buy 1000 dollar damaged sneakers from them and they won’t take them back or give u a refund do not buy from them

Stock X sold me fakes I own a sneaker business and know 100% they were fake I asked for a refund no response.

Now StockX is refusing to refund me the money for my lost PS5 since they are saying they package never left UPS facilities so they are not responsible.
