“Excellent product. Good sales support on the phone and email. Delivery was poor. Did not arrive on the day that was quoted on the email and the phone.I stayed in for the whole day - had to go out the next day. it was dumped on my neighbours doorstep and the delivery men were less than helpful..”

“I AM WAITING FOR A PAPER INVOICE!! If you do not issue a paper invoice you should state that clearly before somebody puts an order I do not have a working printer”

We have sent an invoice to the email address on the order for you and we are sorry to see that you felt it necessary to send a negative review, rather than contact us to ask us to send one out to you. We did as our standard practice send your confirmation with the full order and payment details at the time of the payment being processed which normally gives our customers the information they require for their records.. We do endevour to provide an excellent service regarding the quality of product, delivery time and aftercare, so please accept our apologies for any inconvinience caused. “We are very satisfied with the reaction from the selling agents, believed to be Merinal Ltd. The problem appeared to be with the couriers. Firstly they delivered 1x heater 2 packs of 2 bricks on Thursday morning. . Later in the afternoon, same day , the same courier Menzies/Oban Express delivered yet another pack of two bricks( one damaged). I phoned Merinal , and received a great response, and clearly their customer service is of a very high level. Earlier today(Friday) another pack of two bricks arrived delivered by the courier Menzies/Oban Express. I would like to thank the courier manager at Merinal (believe that his name is Bob) . He dealt with our enquiry complaint in a very professional manner giving us comfort that our enquiry was being dealt with by someone who knew exactly what he was doing. A rare thing nowadays. As one of the bricks was damaged it has been agreed that bricks/brick will be replaced. We can now go ahead with installation tomorrow, hopefully. again thanks to all involved. WE find your service Very good. The conduct of the courier is questionable, and they need to look into the logistics of their delivery service.”
